According to the comments, visitors usually like trying delicious latte here. Starbucks is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. When inside, the atmosphere is lovely. This place scored 4.1 in the Google rating system.

I am a Starbucks Partner at a different location & I am so disappointed in this location. I live in Cary, so it’s the closest Starbucks for us. Countless times my drink is wrong, the employees are rude, the service is incredibly slow. I know they are union so they don’t care anymore, but today my husband and I went through the drive thru to get much needed coffee after a long night with our 3 month old. After having to literally yell my order over my crying baby, the employee continued to not be able to hear me. I get it, drive thru can be hard to hear sometimes, I know first hand as a partner. However, I didn’t want to be screaming at her so I was doing my best to be loud and on the final “yes” to getting my order correct, a different employee came on the headset stating I was rude and that they weren’t serving me today. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They had a sign on screen saying in drive thru that it wasn't working. So I stopped for a second or 2 to read and nobody said anything so assumed maybe it wasn't just screen and drove up. Only to have them tell me that I didn't stop and I can still place order but now I have to drive around again and get back in line to place my order. Do most people continue to drive their car while reading a sign that's on the screen? Anyways the same thing happened to car in front of me yet for some reason they were able to place order at window and didn't have to drive around again and get back in line. Kaitlyn the manager was awful rude and didn't care when I confronted her. I'll be the first to say I wasn't pleasant during my interaction. But even after I calmed down, she had no excuse and just didn't care. Thank God the first employee I dealt with stepped in. She probably should have been manager rather than Katelyn who couldn't be more than 25 with attitude. Service: 1
