Window worker 1/3 12:41 was friendly and asked about our day until we asked if we can get the foam replaced with more coffee (nitro cold brew is a regularly ordered drink for us and it’s normally filled to the top). The worker responded with “oh it’s because it’s nitro -it always comes out like that…I can put it in a bigger cup if you want?” Which is just insulting. A bigger cup doesn’t fix the issue of lack of standardization. If the cup is a specific size and you’re paying for the cup size you should get what you paid for. Regardless of the “head” created. Play stupid games win stupid prizes I guess. I’ll go out of my way to drive to a different Starbucks going forward. Food: 1 Service: 1
