I ordered hot chocolate without milk and I got it with whipped cream… when I showed the cashier she told me in a rude manner “ We can’t make without milk” I said why didn’t you tell me when I ordered because I just had it in Starbucks Battery Park few days ago and she responded me “I didn’t hear you said without milk” @managers of this store kindly train your employees properly… it happened Feb 10,2024 at 8:03pm .

Focus on making drinks for drive up only. They have a sign to asks for your drink for security but, none of the 6 employees are available to ask because they all are making drink for drive up and no one acknowledges your presence. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Their nitro cold brew doesn’t taste right. I get a nitro every morning and sometimes from different Starbucks, this Starbucks in particular tastes the worst.
