I get my latte at this location multiple times a week. The morning staff is fantastic, often greeting u with humor and/or a friendly "hello." One of the girls has even gotten used to seeing me and remembers my order when I am not using my app, so I don't even have to tell her what i'd like. She just asks if I want the usual. I would definitely recommend using the order ahead feature via the Starbucks app if you plan on going here anytime between 7-10 a.m. Otherwise, you often end up stuck in a long line. It's pretty gratifying to see everyone else stuck in line and being able to just park, run in, grab my order, and be out of there quickly. I have to say this is my second time in this Starbucks and today my friend and I were disappointed that our Breakfast wraps were still ice cold in the middle! We took it to go and when we started to eat it you could tell that it wasn’t hot it was warm then as you go further into the wrap it was ice cold so disappointing! You have lost our business! Love the sandwiches and their caramel coffee. They have dunkin beat...the only thing I don't understand I why they started asking for tips! I think it's completely inappropriate to ask customers for tips where the workers atleast make minimum wage or possibly more. They're not being paid like a waitress, so why would I tip?! Do people tip at McDonald's, burger king, nooo! Starbucks is already expensive enough, all I can say is greedy! Starbucks needs to STOP ASKING FOR TIPS Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
