This is used to be the best Starbucks not just in the area but that I had ever been too in terms of quality and service. Always so busy with very little delay. Of the last 10 or so online orders, maybe 1-2 has been done on time. I am not just talking 2-3 minutes, 10-15 minutes and beyond. Not sure what’s up with you Cedar Road, but you are def slipping. They do not know how to time orders. Things coming one at a time. They call your name for drink once (quietly). Because they suck at giving you your coffee, random people have to go up there and will probably handle your drink/food to find theirs. You get better service at Dunkin.
