State street deli is definitely a recommended spot. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they got the food out quickly. Knowing that we wanted to share our food they brought it on different plates with 2 pickle spears. Food was made with high quality ingredients and taste was really nice. The cupcake was fun. A really good deli in Mason City, IA! The sandwiches are great...the sides are not as good, but still good...and really small. Today I tried the Cuban, which was good, but not an authentic Cuban like you would expect if you have eaten Cubans in Florida/Miami, etc. Still, a really good take on the sandwich and I would definitely order it again! The staff is very friendly and the service is super fast! For a great deli sandwich, this is the place to check out in Mason City!
