I don’t know how well you love your coffee as much as I do. However a recent transaction caused me to go somewhere else. I switched from Starbucks to The Statesman’s to support local hardworking businesses. An associate at the Buffalo Gap location stated they could not find my gift card and I know I have a balance on the card. The associate stated “I will get with my manager to address this issue.” I received a txt message to respond to this issue on the website and I have. I don’t know about you all but I value customer service. Since I have not received a proper response back from the “manager” my business will support others who value my business and customer service. Service: 1
