I love visiting the Central Coast and Morro Bay, and we plan our trip on a day that STAX is open. STAX is one of the welcoming, friendly, and comfortable eateries. The food and wine are excellent; the servers are friendly and knowledgeable; the owners ensure that you are enjoying your meal and wine. All the food is excellent, especially the crab cakes, wedge salad, and the swordfish. Food and wine heaven. Great atmosphere, exceptional service, and remarkable wine. For a class act on the Embarcadero, look no further. This place rings all the bells.
