Had a hankering for a milkshake and decided to grab some. Used the drive thru and it was a fast and efficient experience. Prices may be going up but the taste is the same - delicious and hit the spot! Nothing beats a Nutella milshake! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Reasonable fast food restaurant on my way back from Joshua Tree NP to LA. Food was fresh and filling. For a short time I was the only guest but others arrived within minutes. Place was therefore calm, furniture in good condition, bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful (it was my first visit in a Steak-n-Shake restsurant). I liked the music that was played. Yummy!! Super good sirloin burgers and string type fries! Had a great bowl of chili too and a mint Oreo shake!! The place is super clean and bright. Friendly staff and fast service! Def worth stopping in!!

First time eating here and it was a nice experience. Greeted with a welcome. Asked advice on certain menu items. Great recommendations. Food was delicious! Burger was nice and juicy. Fries were fresh and tastey. The chilli was yummy!Their cotton candy shake was delicious, and the prices were decent. Definitely would return. Great burgers and fantastic shakes! The store itself is very clean and the staff are friendly. I love the self-order kiosks and the menu system. It's very easy to use and well designed, even when customizing the food to your taste. If only every fast food restaurant could have such an intuitive ordering menu (**cough McDonalds **cough). Again, great food and staff!
