Loved their latte and got it with oat milk and brown sugar❤️❤️❤️ Baristas were amazing and just helping me with some of their orders. My daughter is deathly allergic to walnuts and we bought a carrot zucchini muffin on our way out and discovered a walnut inside. Either the description was incorrectly labelled or walnuts inadvertently was included. The reason for this poor rating is I called to inform them about the situation but nobody even picked up the phone.

What a legit coffeeshop at the Four Seasons! I wish that they are all over! Personable service (who look you in the eye and carry authentic conversation) and one of the best iced mochas I have ever had in my life - all in this little gem of a place! I am so glad that they are around! I first checked out this place around 2015 when I used to work across the street. All I can say is wow! They are on fire! Truly!

Great coffee shop, nice ambience. Morgan was a complete rock star with her customer service and barista skills. White noise here is perfect to get some focused reading done.
