Tasty meatball sub and good meatballs will impress you at the first bite. At this restaurant, you can get a takeout. The staff is gracious that's what makes SUBWAY so good. Prompt service is something visitors agree upon here. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Its been awhile since Ive been to subway, and im starting to remember now why. Absolutely terrible. Brittany was extremely slow, and when I tried to chit chat with her and ask her how her day was I was ignored. It took well over 5 minutes to make a sandwich. She put the roast beef on 1 piece at a time and it definitely wasnt enough meat. The other lady was obviously frustrated and having to help her, I could understand if she was new, but her hat had a tag on it that said 10 years service. The tiles were broken and I tripped over a few. Two of the sodas were out of order and the ice was out as well. 22 dollars for a sandwich, chips, and a soda is ridiculous. 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0. Customer service is nonexistent. The lady that answered the phone today mumbling under her breath about how crazy it was that I was calling in… “simply because my order was wrong” WHAT?! When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. After asking for her name or another associates name so I could let the manager know who was working tomorrow when I call back, she proceeds to hang up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and immediately hung it back up. Staff, or at least this member of the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Awful experience all in all. Placed an order online, the order didn't show to go through but charged the card. The store wouldn't offer a refund, or the food that was ordered. I spoke with the manager, and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Unbelievable! Will not return! Last week I went to subway and ordered 2 6’ sandwich when I told them I didn’t want pepperoni on my sandwich they charged me .99 cents extra . They said they have to charge if they change the order. All never come back to subway. Firehouse sub has a lot better food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered curbside, got my food in a timely manner but it had everything that would normally come on the Philly Cheesesteak, plus the items I added instead of just the items I wanted being on the sandwich. Luckily mayo and Chipotle sauce actually go pretty well together but I still didn't get what I ordered Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Not sure what the young ladies at the counter want from their customers. They don't greet, they don't smile, they don't speak, they just kinda grunt at you. I used to work at this very location. I would have been fired on the spot for treating a customer like this. Chloe and Sheena were the names. And Chloe seems to think that the 3 inches on each side of a footlong don't get meat or veggies or condiments. I'm super disappointed guys. Super. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’d give it 0 stars today! It’s March 25, 2023 at 2:25 pm. Disgusting! I walked in and the worker walked around from the back wiping their mouth and then their nose while staring right at me, and proceeded to put on gloves to make my sandwich. Do better.

This locations always been kinda bad but today I walked in and the two employees working just looked at me and didn’t say anything one of them walked to the back the other was re filling the veggies and finally after about 5 mins of awkward silence with out being asked or told “give us just one second” I ended up leaving with out saying anything definitely not coming back here again Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
