Have not been to subway in a while, but recently visited this location. Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant, and by the quality work of Mr. Ernest. Mr. Ernest is very good at what he does, so be prepared with your order to avoid confusion 😅.Will be coming back,10 of ouf 10 would recommend. Just had to say the two gentlemen that took care of me on the night of 1/3/24 were fantastic. Quick and courteous. I don't like showing up to food places before they close but these guys didn't bat an eyelash and were incredibly kind. Thank fellas!! Gentleman working tonight was phenomenal, I believe his name was Jeremy but am unsure. I was greeted when I entered the store, he was very polite and happy to talk! He helped me through my order and provided some great customer service. Store was clean and well kept, the line was beautifully clean and was over all a 10/10 experience. Think I will be leaving the one off 287 behind from now on! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a subway online and a lady at the front refused to make me the sandwich I ordered I showed her proof I ordered it and she just ignored it. She said she didn't get an order so I showed her proof I ordered it and she still didn't make it because she didn't feel like it I don't recommend this subway. Horrible customer service. I don't generally like ordering anything "through the app" because I've had some horrendous experiences that way, but Subway has had some good deals through the app lately, so I decided to take a chance. And what I've found is that, with this Subway location, taking that chance is well worth it. I've been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks, and every time my food has been PERFECT. The last 3 times, I've arrived early, and watched my sandwiches being made. Each time it's been a different person making my order, but all 3 were more mature folks (around my age - I'm 51) and it's obvious they all take pride in their work, and are meticulous about making sure it's perfect. I have TREMENDOUS respect and appreciation for folks who approach their jobs that way. In addition, I've had good conversations with all 3 of them, and all are friendly, warm, and engaging - tremendous assets for customer-facing jobs. Kudos to every employee I've had the pleasure of dealing with at this location. Please keep up the good work and great attitudes - it doesn't go unnoticed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am so impressed with this Subway location. I have been to many and often time I have received a sloppy sandwich with staff that could care less about quality. This location is the opposite. It is pristinely clean. The staff is professional and they made a perfect sandwich. Did I mention clean. It was a pleasure eating there and I appreciate the customer service! One of my favorite and the best fast-food type restaurants I've been to; most certainly the best Subway I've been to. They are always polite and good natured (even with customers who are ugly with them) and no matter what time of day I come the food is always fresh and they don't skimp both on meat and vegetables. Plus it's always the same workers which means the work atmosphere and management are great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually don't like fast food places because of the unprofessionalism and poor customer service. It today was a friendly reminder never to eat at fast food places is specially Subway ever again.!! This person was anxious to get me out of here drop some of my food on the floor and then when the next customer came up she rolled her eyes and sighed given the impression to the next customer" sorry for this previous guy taking up all of your time!" Well don't worry I will waste my time with Subway anymore :-)
