Called ahead to order. Placed order with female who refused to give name when I called later to complain about order. I spent $53.02 on 5 subs (two with double meat and a salad. 1st, they put the extra meatballs in a bowl and only gave us 5! That’s NOT double what is on a foot long subway sandwich, yet I was charged $7.38 for a total of 9.5 (one was partial) meatballs! I could’ve ordered a whole other sandwich for that. I have a toddler who just eats the meatballs! When I called to complain the same girl who took my order was rude and when I asked for her name she refused! Not worth ever returning to especially since the meatballs were all cold in the bowls and the sandwiches, too.
