Well, wanted a meatball sub but out of meatballs before 6 pm (isn't that about prime time for people coming home from work and wanting something quick for dinner? FSW's will get me.) So I said no big deal, I'll get something else.
Got 3 subs (2 that were identical) and they were both short 2 toppings. I guess if you want a sub you have to watch them like a hawk or it'll be wrong. I could completely understand if they were slammed or something, but it was just 2 of us getting 3 subs... It's kinda sad & rediculous to me (bc of years in an industrial kitchen serving 1.1k - 1.5k patrons in 2½ hours, 3x per day, 6 days a week + catering in between meals) how nobody can follow clear and simple instructions anymore. It's a shame really.
IMO, the biggest issue is one that should NEVER happen in a place that exclusively makes subs... What is the reason that a person can't get REGULAR ITALIAN/RANCH!? Meanwhile, it's not a problem if you want some gourmet dressing that my dogs won't eat? I mean my God, it's Carmichaels, Greene County PA... Not somewhere in Cali or something. It's alright to have those kinds but why no regular/normal ones for the area?
IT'S CALLED, KNOW YOUR TARGET DEMOGRAPHICS FOR THE AREA... IT'S REALLY NOT THAT DIFFICULT.
I like the food usually but sometimes it's the little things, like not making your food right, that just takes a dump on your day...
Probably will only get stuff from Subway if I'm in a pinch from now on. Still will have to watch their every move. After a few times you feel like saying "give me the stuff and I'll make my own sub". Next step is to do like we usually do and make homemade. Better stuff, more of it & for a fraction of the cost.

Good hoagie. Clean facility. The server was slammed with customers but kept it going.
