The last two times I been here the service is bad. First the debit machine was down and this time they were out of anything you want and the wait was to long just to find out the did not have what you wanted.. please clean the place and get better management.... On hwy 19..and if you been there for 15+ minutes serve the people there before the app or drive thru ..in short that place .. well I leave that to your imagination... You guys need to do better, the ONE employee on 02/08/2024 was budy with one order for a good 10 minutes when we walked in, no "I'll be with you"/ "no welcome or anything". Didn't acknowledge us or the customer right behind us. 10/10 avoid this restaurant at all cost. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would rate the food but I didn't get any. Ordered online was informed it was done then arrived not finished. Said I would have to wait till the line went down before I got my order that I paid for an hour prior. Incredibly rude charged 33.00 no food and no refund till the next day Service: 1

Awful service. People literally driving out of the drive-thru without their order because they don't even answer the window went in nothing but drama and ghetto like middle of Dallas atmosphere, worthless stocked drinks and chips out of several items, not the subway you'd expect in Athens, Texas.

Did a curbside order on the app. For 12pm followed instructions and taped I’m here when I arrived. Told me to wait it would be brought out. After 20 minutes waiting I went inside waited in line and had to ask for my order. When I got my order and left the sandwich was as ordered but no napkins. I’m confused I thought curbside was to wait and it was brought to your vehicle. Had I known you had to walk in I would have got a warm sandwich and not waited 30 minutes to eat.
