Customer service is horrible, unless the girl Is working afternoons. They promote this new drive-through that’s been there forever that never works, Have people sitting at it, but do not post that the drive-through is not working or tell people that it’s not working through the window, Very inconvenient. I don’t understand why this Subway has a drive thru at all! The last three times I tried to use it they never answer, I watch for 15 minutes of people coming in out while I was still waiting. I got tired of waiting and went to pop my head in to ask if they were going to wait on me only to have the young woman to snap at me and say they were busy and they’d be with me but I went back to my car only for them to never take my order. I just decided to park and go inside to order rather have them continue to ignore me. The young people they have working at night have horrible attitudes and will argue with you.
