I'm really disappointed to write this review because I love their food, but the Deerfield location is terrible.
I train at a nearby martial arts gym with a group of my friends, who for the past ~2 months have made it part of our routine to come here for dinner after class. Class gets out at 8 and we're usually placing our orders here around 8:10 or 8:15, which leaves us ~45 minutes to finish our food before they close at 9, which is plenty of time.
Tonight when we arrived, we started to place our orders when a man who seemed to be a shift lead informed us that they were closing in "like 15 minutes" and therefore the dining area is closed. I took out my phone, and confirmed it was 8:15. I pointed to my phone and asked, "It's 8:15... Don't you close at 9?" He just doubled down and repeated himself, "We close in like 15 minutes." So I looked at the group I was with, looked back at the guy behind the counter and reluctantly said, "I guess we'll have to take our business elsewhere then."
We had made it part of our routine for 4-5 of us to eat here 2-3 times a week at ~$20 per person (You do the math on that). And now we're being told that 8:15 is too close to closing time (9:00) for us to eat here?
Don't worry, we won't be coming back to inconvenience you with our business.

This location is significantly better than the Northbrook location. I went on a Friday night and they were fully stocked with all ingredients (except avocados). The employees were friendly and accommodating, facility was clean and organized, and my meal was delicious. Great experience!

I came in to place an order (on 2/8/24 between 7-8pm) after work and the kitchen was so loud the gentleman working in the front couldn’t hear me placing my order and had to walk away to tell them to quiet down because there was loud music in Spanish blasting and yelling going on. I understand the importance of fun in the workplace but overall it was a bit much and I ended up taking my food to go because it was so loud. Normally it is very laid back and I bring in my laptop to finish up 🔝 projects but it was like a party going on and I could't concentrate.

Me and my wife got horrible food poisoning from here yesterday. Symptoms were consistent with food poisoning as we got severe symptoms a couple hours after eating the food. They are not doing quality control and please do not eat here.

OMG my co worker told me about this place. I placed my order via DoorDash.... The Southwest Chicken Fajita was terrible. The container was half full and it had mostly rice in it. Don't waste your money if you use a delivery service.... The chicken is both dark and white meat.
