My family of five really enjoyed our first visit yesterday! I have no pictures because the food was so good that we ate it before we thought of leaving a review. The customer service and food was amazing. I ordered the veggie plate the food was seasoned to perfection and the portions were large. I meant to take a picture but I had eaten most of the food. This was an over the phone order of 1 Jerk chicken w/ rice/peas and yams and Jerk chicken w/stew chicken gravy rice and peas and cabbage. My fiancé and I was VERY disappointed- the meat was old/dried out and hard it must have been sitting out all day/evening, barely any gravy(which was watery) and the cabbage had no seasoning very bland.My fiancé meal we asked for Jerk sauce over the rice and peas instead they put over the whole platter. He reached out after receiving a survey he gave his experience and the response was UNPROFESSIONAL with no care of trying to make things right….. It’s a no for me I ordered shrimp Rasta pasta not good just boiled shrimp supposed to be grilled a little and the noodles was salty but spicy how it actually supposed to be so the sauce kind of right there but a little too spicy. I guess I gotta go home to New York to get the official one been all over searching n only one place has got close to the taste, whoever saying good 🤦🏽‍♀️. They have good customer service as well. Everybody know me know I have never through no Rasta pasta away but last night. Sorry but wish yall the best in future business tho and thank you! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
