Arrived at 5 pm, choice of seating. Food is absolutely delicious and served in delicious display. Order spicy miso beef and shrimp. Vegetable plate is massive. Highly recommend bowl when done. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spicy garlic cucumber sake was a great choice of appetizer as broth warmed up. First visit. We'll return when I'm in the area again. Stopped by on my drive down to Dallas from Northwest Arkansas. One of the most delicious meals I have ever had. Very attentive and professional staff. We came in here not knowing anything and were expertly guided by Naomi, the wonderful host, on selections - how to use the hot pot - and leftover options (because there will plenty!).
