Despite being known for its quick service, this particular Taco Bell location failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The wait times were inexplicably long, leaving me wondering why the term "fast food" was even applicable. It's disheartening to see a restaurant with such potential fall short in delivering on its promise of efficiency. One would expect a seamless and speedy experience at a fast-food establishment, but sadly, that was not the case here. In conclusion, if you're looking for quick and efficient service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Came through the drive thru, they refused to do two separate orders. I had to back up out of the long drive thru so I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for the other cars to get their orders so we could go in. I had to drag my toddler out of the car just to go inside. Ordered on the kiosk and waited for ten minutes after paying to finally get my order. My boyfriend also substituted steak on his burrito, paid an extra dollar, and didn’t receive it. So not only are they lazy, they are also incompetent. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stop giving this place business! This place has gone downhill. I have come to this Taco Bell for years and it was never the greatest, but lately it is terrible! I ordered my food at 5:20 and it is now 5:47 and I am still waiting for my food. This is a fast food restaurant. What the heck! And this happens every time I come! The eating area is also always terrible! Dirty and it doesn’t seem like they clean. As I sit here waiting for my food, the lobby is being cleaned. Very slowly. The worst part, I saw the person cleaning everything with water from the soda fountain. No soap or disinfectant in sight. The person attending people is nice but very slow. The people in back at working horribly slow. Whoever owns this franchise should just shut down because they obviously do not care. If not that then they need a new manager. I will not come again! P.S. finally got my food at 6:03 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
