By far the worst Taco Bell, forget my chips and cheese every time I go through the drive through. Went in to get the missing item and stood there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged while the girl at the drivethrough was scrolling on her phone. 35 mins in the drive thru. 3/4 chalupa shells were so hard my kids dumped them out. And ate the inside. The couldn’t even bite the shells. A fork didn’t even go thru it. I wish I could say I was being over-dramatic with the following, but I legitimately have this issue _every_ _single_ _time_: There has not been a SINGLE time they have NOT screwed up my order. I order late (12:30am -2:30am) roughly once a week, this place never disappoints! Especially the crew they've had for the last couple months. Foods fresh, orders normally correct and it's made quick! Glad they get to close earlier now, they deserve a raise Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Never again will I go to this Taco Bell. Last time I had no beans or tomatoes whatsoever. Today there’s about a tablespoon of beans, hardly any lettuce. Taco bell??!!More like taco Hell!!!they do not care about the customer it was a horrible experience burritos were trash not wrapped like the should be my naxos were thrown in the bag all over the food they were out of chicken and beef!!!and yet had 2 hours left to stay open i leave all my reviews in fair but this was unacceptable I will be calling headquarters. We'll it's 2023 and I gave it another go..! The level of incompetence never fails to surprise me at 24th St Taco Bell. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos, 5 burritos, and 2 chips and cheese, and not only were they all shoved into one small bag, but my CRUCHY tacos were out on the very bottom of the bag making them soggy and broken up by the time I did my 5 block drive home. Not to mention the lack of cheese for chips and cheese, I mean seriously it’s not even half of the cardboard cup. Not only that but the employee Nicole said “sorry the bags so heavy, it may rip” if it’s so heavy it may rip why put it all in the same bag and ON TOP OF CRUNCHY TACOS? Every time Donald is the manager on duty the store is ran like a circus, and things are constantly wrong and not given any thought of common sense. I don't go to taco bell much but stopped in this one on 24th for a carry out. I was greated fast. But the place was a mess..I know there busy a lot but they should try and pick up.
