40 minutes waiting in the drive thru for 2 burritos. 3 cars ahead of me. 15 minutes once at the window waiting for 2 burritos. 4 employees walking around inside. Completely unacceptable service. Very very slow service! I went on my break to this drive thru Taco Bell and I had to cancel my online order while in line and headed back to work since it took up most of my break time. This happened 3 times. Unreal

I want to express our gratitude to excellent customer service to Tyler! Despite being a very busy Saturday night shift he was very friendly and showed great patience to the customers waiting for their order. Despite his young age he showed great leadership! Literal monkeys would provide better, faster, more accurate service than the people who are “working” here do… and I use the word “working” extremely loosely! This is the second time I went through the drive thru within the past few weeks and was told to pull forward. So I did. And I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. People were waiting ahead of me and behind me. No food coming out to any of us. Over 20 minutes later and not a single worker in sight. So I went in and got my money back. Again! For the second time in a few weeks. Other people followed my lead…. Again! There is no excuse! I have pretty low standards/expectations when it comes to fast food franchises. But come on! You can go to a sit-down restaurant and get faster service than what’s given here. These people don’t deserve their jobs, since they’re clearly not working! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm going to rank this average. The drive thru attendant was professional, forgot to give me my drink, so I parked walked in stood there watching the crew work the line look at me standing there never said hi or acknowledged I was there. I did not see anyone who would resemble a manager so I politely got the drive thru attendants attention and got my drink. Now I got the cheesy steak burrito with nacho fries with was very delicious. My GF ordered 3 soft chicken tacos which were good and 3 beef tacos. The beef tacos were very greasy to a point the hard chell fell apart. As a former fast food restaurant manager these hard tacos should not have been served. I would have rather waited a few minutes longer for new ones. Other then this we have been in your restaurant multiple times and never had an issue. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The worst experience I ever had. This is supposed to be a chalupa but where's the meat IC number all letters and tomatoes but where's the beef. Only thing it was good with the strawberry Skittle freeze and a nacho fries
