I really love this Taxo Bell branch. It is clean, employees are super friendly, and professional. Today at 7:00 pm, they were extremely busy, they were working hard and fast to fill all the orders but they explained due to a huge order that came in it was taking a bit longer. I read the reviews and people need to be more reasonable and understanding towards these hardworking employees and learn to patiently wait for their food. If you have to wait for your order it is because its being freshly prepared, otherwise its microwave.Thank you guys and shout-out to the hardworking and friendly employees. Very rude and unprofessional. Prepared different order than what the order was placed online on their app and on top told us that it’s an online system issue and not their mistake and asked to pay more money to correct their order. Ordered 30 minutes ahead since breakfast was ending soon and I was already headed to the area for service calls. By the time I got there, the drive thru guy said he threw it away since it was lunch time now. Told him I already paid, why can't they make a new order. He told me they threw all the breakfast items away implying there was no possible way to make any future breakfast orders. This location has really gone downhill since they started hiring younger people with zero customer service skills. I used to order here at least once a week, not anymore. Sadly the blonde manager is really unprofessional. She’s very loud, cursing, and causing a lot of drama. I’m trying to enjoy a meal and the guests are forced to hear a bunch of gossip that’s extremely inappropriate during our meal. On top of that my meal was made incorrectly. It hurts to say but this Taco Bell branch is the worst by a long shot. They really need to work on their hiring process. I placed an online order for in-store pick up 2 hours ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have to wait once I get to the the store. My order was in the waiting queue when I arrived. The cashier didn’t even look at me for the first 10min of waiting and then when I called them, they received the order in the system in front of me. I waited for more than 30min of my original pick up time and was inevitably late to my next commitment, this is not even the first time this has happened at this location. The staff here is so clueless, i ordered a vegetarian black bean pizza with taco combo number 9, inspite of telling the cashier four times to make sure its only black beans and still they gave us beef in it. I eat a half a pizza and i realized there is beef in it . The guys are brainless here at this location, she had no courtesy to apologized and say sorry to us and gave a reason that she is on break .Taco bell has gone from bad to worst in customer service . They are completely clueless and they don’t care. Make sure when you order next time check your order all the time. I hope they notice this review. Can I post no stars at all? Omg this sorry excuse for a fast food place...I'm assuming the franchise owner doesn't visit often...sloppy..ignorant employees..lazy too...they get mad if u don't Wana use the touch screen...then from there..the entire experience is horrible...listen here...I'm not touching ur dirty screens to order a taco...put down ur phones...find ur smile and take the two steps to the cash register and take my order! ...without the attitude..I expected more from Hillsboro..and I ordered a to go package today..a delivery...asking for hot sauces...and zero in the bag...none....it was delivered...and the driver was gone when I got outside...so..that's it for me..no more chances..never again...gross..gross.! This is my first time ever leaving a google review on any restaurant but this place has gotten worse and worse with each passing month. If i had to summarize this location it would be that the hours of operation are just a suggestion and if you have specific things youd like to change about menu options they MIGHT follow the directions it depends on who is working at the time. Frankly the employees dont care to even show up at listed opening hours and often close hours earlier than the listed closing time, they dont care to follow specific food instructions and they continually change their hours of operation on nearly a monthly basis. They keep the dining area locked forcing every costumer to go through the drive thru but more often than not itll 30+ minutes to get your food and that time only gets longer after 7pm. It seems that there night/evening shift only consists of 2-3 individuals because of the sheer amount of time it takes to get through the drive thru. They also consistently shut off their mobile ordering service several hours prior to their listed closing time. Although they are usually kind and respectful the level of service between this location and the next nearest location in somerville is like night and day. You’d be better off putting in the extra 20 minutes to drive to somerville because you’ll waste at least that much time waiting in line at this location. Picture taken after 45 minutes in line:
