Did not receive part of my order, and the burrito I received has been wrapped a second time. Seems to be a soft wrap over a harder wrap??.. drink was suppose to be a starry large, but is a carbonated water. The crunch wrap doesn't have anything crunchy in it, stuff and chewy.. ugh, usually get good food. This is terrible!! Even though I placed a mobile order, I had to wait for over an hour AFTER I got a notification that my order was ready. Although I spoke to staff several times, it took them 50 minutes to let me know that someone else had taken my order and they needed to write down my order to make it. Even then, they somehow messed up the order. I was missing 3 items and was given a bean burrito that I didn't order. Someone probably took it so they didn't have to keep waiting. The staff always ignores everyone in the dining room. If you order on the kiosk, you'll have to wait 15 minutes or more for your food. Don't bother coming if you have to pay cash, because no one will take your order for at least 30 minutes. You can barely call this "fast food." The best Taco Bell experience you could possibly get. Being in college can be stressful, but this Taco Bell has the nicest, most efficient staff I've ever experienced. They've never gotten my order wrong and are always extremely fast getting everything ready! My boyfriend and I went to Commerce, TX Taco bell, and we will not go back. The dining room and restrooms were nasty. They only had four soda options. We had to search for a flavor that they DID have. They were out of utensils, large cups and lids for small cups. I was surprised they even had napkins and straws. Literally every time I've been here in the last 10-11 months, they have taken as long as they want, not respecting the time of others. I have no idea why I keep ordering from this store because despite having like, 18-19 ingredients, it's impossible to get food made in less than 15 minutes. Trenta Cold Brew - Ordered online. Eta was 9:16am didn’t get my coffee till 9:31. Got my drink. Wasn’t the right thing. Lord didn’t fit and they knew it didn’t but still gave me a lid that sat on top of my drink. Why? Not sure. Super disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Every time I think I'll give them another chance to get things right they screw it up. There's lettuce on everything that is ordered with NO lettuce, beans when I say NO beans, and they always forget the spicy ranch on the gordita crunch. That's not even an alteration, it's SUPPPOSED to have that! As you can see in the photos, there's barely any cheese to hold it together and it has no spicy ranch. It's also supposed to have no lettuce and extra beef... I've worked in fast food before, including Taco Bell, and I get it, mistakes happen. The problem is they get the same things wrong EVERY TIME we go, and it's usually very sloppily made too. It's never just one thing wrong either, it's usually most of the order. That's not a mistake anymore, that's a pattern. Today, we tried to call multiple times to get our order fixed but they would not answer the phone. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and it's completely unacceptable. Don't bother going to this location. If you really must have Taco Bell then go to the one in Sulphur Springs or something.
