The quesabirria tacos werent crispy. Flavours all there just lacking that nice crisp. They were soggy and hard to pick up. Just dip the tortillas in the consume fat and crisp it on the blacktop. This is our favorite Mexican food truck. The quesabirria tacos, the Cali burrito, and the birria fries are our go tos. Got my brother and sister in law hooked the first time they tried too.
