Despite the reviews I read I decided to check it out anyways and I'm so glad that I did. The ambiance was amazing! I love the feel when you walk it, it looks like a pintrest board come to life. Super cute and our waitress was very polite and helpful. There was a moderate amount of customers but we had hardly any wait time seemed like we ordered the food and it came right out. The food was delicious I got fish tacos and my husband got a burger. The fish was crispy on the outside but beautifully moist and flaky inside. The burger was made perfectly medium and was packed full of flavor. I enjoyed this place and would absolutely come back when in Ponce again.

Visiting from Ohio. We were seated and no waitress came up to us within the first 8-10 minutes after being seated. I had to seek one out.
We were seated at 1pm and food sporadically came out for our party of eight starting at 2:08pm. Our waitress who was very good kept apologizing on the delay of food. Two of us did not get our meal until 2:30pm in which we had to have it put in take out containers because we did not expect to be that long and needed to leave.
No manager came out and apologized, nor did they compensate us in anyway. What we thought was going to be an amazing experience was very disappointing.

¡Simply an exquisite brunch! It was my first visit here (will surely not be my last) and can assure it was quite a mouth watering culinary experience. Incredible coffee, as we proudly can shout out to the world, "¡hecho en Puerto Rico! Excellent, efficient, very friendly service by Joel, the waiter who attended our group. We ate outside with a beautiful view of the majestic "La Catedral de Ponce".

Nice coffee, nice food, even nicer atmosphere. Food took a while but it was delicious. Had the Milanesa D’Oro and it was pretty good. Didn’t try their cocktails but they sounded appetizing.

We were served by waitress Isha. Our visit today she was wearing a pearl diadem and an entitled attitude—therefore hard to miss. After being seated and ordering our meals we waited over two hours to receive out food, accompanied by our appetizers which came at the same time…two hours after ordering.
- Our waitress missed taking half the tables drink orders until she was reminded.
- The lengthy wait was genuinely disrespectful.
- We ordered a “Chistorras” and the sausages were RAW and COLD. We attempted to alert the waitress which was nowhere to be found, yet when she finally decided to check-in on us we informed her of the raw meat and she said “I acknowledge it’s not supposed to be that way. That’s NOT right.”
- After we were paying our bill however, the waitress spent a solid 10 minutes discussing with us how she will still charge the Chistorras because the item was eaten. At this point we were over the whole situation but she refused to comprehend the obvious logic behind it, clearly inexperienced in restaurant and basic food quality standards. Now, if we use our skills of deduction…how is a diner meant to know if an item which’s exterior seems cooked is actually raw? By biting into it, as one does with an appetizer.
- Some of our party ordered the Filet Mignon with Risotto, but the Risotto is actually ORZO pasta. When I asked the waitress as to why the menu says Risotto but they are serving Orzo she stated “We don't work with rice, therefore we don’t do Risotto. Here we do it with Orzo.” Let it be stated their menu and receipts say RISOTTO.
- The waitress Isha demanded a larger tip because we were a table of 6, stating how her service was deserving of it. Mind you—this was after she argued with us about the raw meat and the false advertising of their food items over the fact she forgot our drink orders, brought us the wrong dish for one of our diners, our appetizers and meals came two hours after ordering and still managed to do all that with a sprinkle of entitlement.
- There were no managers present in the premises.
- She got our appetizers orders wrong
- Some dishes came out cold and stale, others came warm.
It truly is a shame that this visually beautiful establishment is being diminished so drastically by such an underwhelming wait staff and raw-food incident. We decided to tip out of curtesy and the taste of the Gnocci with Churrasco. However, this bucket list dining spot has seriously left me underwhelmed and indifferent.
The stars provided were solely for the other dishes. But please, save your money…and your time and dine elsewhere.

Lets just start by the fact that we came in at 1:30pm and its currently 3:41pm and we just got got our food. Dont even bother ordering risotto either. I ordered the Filet Mignon with risotto and as shown in the picture, that is clearly ORZO pasta and NOT risotto. Ordered Medium Well and my meat came dry, cold and overcooked. My mom was served raw chorizo with no warning, server indicated that wasn’t supposed to happen. When asked for a manager we were informed there was none in the premises to help us. When we brought up to their attention that they brought us the wrong item, they called us liars and said we were wrong. Never coming back NOR recommending
I just want to add the fact that after the waitress told us that our food was INDEED raw she decided she will charge us altho we returned it once we realized (one was eaten and thats how we noticed. She claims that because we didnt notice BEFORE my mom bite into it then it classifies as being eaten and we must be charged. She claims that the chefs nor herself noticed but we should have noticed before biting it somehow. She demanded a higher tip (we tipped 15% despite everything) after calling me and my family liars, treated us like a joke and denied letting us speak with anyone else.
I have attached pictures of the so called “risotto” that she forgot to mention it’s actually pasta and then claimed she told me.

I was impressed. The place is beautiful, right in front of the Ponce Cathedral. the pleasant atmosphere and the food not to mention. You can go for both breakfast and dinner. spectacular coffee. excellent attention. I'm definitely coming back. well recommended.
