Texas Roadhouse is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are democratic. This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse and it was a great experience. They were very busy so they seated us immediately but we had to wait a while for our food. I did not mind at all the food was definitely worth the wait. Our server was Kimberly and she was so friendly which added to the great experience. I will definitely be coming back. My pictures got deleted so I just grabbed a couple off the online menu of what I actually tried. My husband and I shared the ribs and filet combo and had sides of steak fries, carrots and broccoli. Fresh rolls were brought to the table. The food was delicious. The service was efficient. We were seated promptly as we had reserved via wait time on their website. The atmosphere was very lively. I’ve always loved eating here. The food was not the greatest but it’s usually perfect- I wanted to leave this review for Emma - she was absolutely wonderful ! Not once were our drinks empty and she cleared plates immediately. Very friendly, patient, helpful- it’s been awhile since the server was better than the food - thank you Emma for your great service! It has been a while since I came into. This place. the food was great at very decent prices. No peanuts anymore so we missed that. I had never brought .y son over because of it but now he can enjoy sitting in since there are no more free peanuts. Our waitress was wondering and we had such a great meal. Eaten here several times during the week without issue very slow etc . Went Sunday at maybe 3 pm not busy at all and the hostess was irritated we didn’t like the little booth with a chair at the end and wanted the long booth that was wide open …I had to ask for the manager before she let us sit there… Melissa our server was rude and pushy the food was bad . I would ask for the manager but I gave a compliment a week prior about the food and she could care less as they stay busy due to alcohol sales . We sat at the bar. Liz was our bartender. She was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the Chopped steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions, sweet potato with butter, and brown sugar 😋. Their house salads are also very good. They have everything already cut up. So good. This place has great food no matter what you order. I have been here twice so far and the wait service has been top notch both times. It's a bit dark inside for my taste but nothing for it to be critical about. I highly recommend. The dinner pictured above is from their Texas size combos. It's a 12 oz steak with shrimp. The loaded sweet potato (with marshmallows) is one of the two sides offered. As you can see you don't get skimpy portions. The meal is filling as well as being delicious. It was my First time eating at any Texas roadhouse and had high expectations because of what everyone told me. I called to ask if they had tables for 2 and she told me everything I needed to know and was so nice! Even setting us up on wait-list just in case! Wasn't so busy as I thought it would be when we came at 2:50 on a Saturday. During the holidays too. ❤️ We sat at the booths around the corner from the front desk where they seat you and our waitress was amazing and so sweet. I told her it was my first time I wish I knew her name but she was great. She was brunette, had her hair up and a welcoming smile it just made my day. We ordered diet coke and raspberry lemonade which was pretty good the best Ive had anywhere. Boneless buffalo chicken appetizer , 16 oz sirloin, 6 oz Dallas fillet with sides of Caesar salad and loaded baked potato. And wow.... There wasn't anything we did not like. It was...amazing! Everything charred to our liking. I'm not sure where other reviews went wrong and had to review low. But we never had an issue. We even got our in house baked rolls early right away, a second basket of rolls at the end that was piping hot, and to go we got the half rack ribs..... What do you know, Falling off the bone. A Very nice lady came by and asked us how everything was, the manager perhaps? And we couldn't agree more that yes everything was great I thought that was so nice of her to ask! (Also forgot to mention she sent us away with extra bag of rolls to boot!) This place was a 10/5 , I want to go back!! My family and I went to this restaurant last Saturday and even though we thought that it was going to be crowded, it had a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, my son had the full rack of ribs with rice and fries (pictured) and it was to die for. I had the sirloin with shrimps that was also amazing. Christian, was the kindest and more amazing and attentive waiter out there. I would definitely recommend. Something I would recommend is to have promotional pens to sign the check. I normally keep one just to have them as a reference for future restaurants to go back to, since we are not locals but don't mind a drive to nicely discovered places.
