Very nice family run business. Very attentive wait staff and delicious coffee. Had the fruit waffles which comes with eggs and two meats. Scrambled eggs were a tad bit dry, however the turkey sausage was actually quite tasty. But Y’all. This was the best French Toast I’ve eaten in North Texas! Crispy, sugary crust and a nice sweet but not too sweet drizzle. Next level for sure. Went there early on a Sunday morning so noise level not a problem. I only rate it a four because the booth seat I was in felt broken and lumpy forcing me to sit kind of low to the table. Great breakfast cafe! Nice folks that work there, and good home cooked breakfast. The pancakes are HUGE, and delicious with hints of vanilla. Lots of places to enjoy breakfast/brunch in Flower Mound, and Texas Star Cafe has made it into our regular rotation. We need to come back and try their dinner! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
