The Canvas Cafe is now making fresh Cornish Pasties, a food commonly eaten by the miners of the Comstock! We tried the corned beef hash version; the pastry is light and flaky, the filling is abundant and very tasty. Just scrumptious! Head on up to VC today and grab a taste of the past!
