My wife and chose The Catch as our Valentines dinner and our experience wasn't good. The food was flavorless and they failed to bring our onion rings. Our Valentines meal would have been much better with mac and cheese and fish sticks at home. We will not dine there again....the gumbo was good! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered from DoorDash and it was under the name Cajun Creation. Followed the address and it led me here which was surprising because I’ve had the catch before and it was good. This food , not so much. The bowl of gumbo was gritty, like the flour wasn’t dissolved properly. The tater tots were old and tasted like grease. The chicken fingers were old, dry and hard. The hush puppies were rock solid and when you bit into them, the cornbread crumbled like dirt. The fried fish was salty and beignets were hard and greasy. If this is the wrong place , I apologize, but this is where it led me. I will not be ordering again. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

Ordered from uber eats but it was under the name Cajun Creation 001. The portion sizes were so small. My boyfriend ordered the Large Gator and got the smallest portion I've ever seen for $17, the rice tasted like boil in the bag rice with no seasoning. The red beans and rice and no flavor whatsoever, tasted like mush. We also ordered 2 of those and only received 1. Got 2 orders of the lunch on the bayou and the only decent thing was the catfish but i could still make it better at home. Shrimp was ok but only got 3 pieces and the chicken tender was super small and skinny and again rice was bland in both dishes, those were also $17 a piece so for $70 in all it was definitely not worth it . I honestly don't understand how they get any business. Won't ever be going to the catch or ordering through their uber eats again. The picture included is the Large blackened alligator... This is the worst seafood I’ve ever eaten in my life. A grease oily salty mess with an odd artificial smoky boil fake smell. I knew it was gone be nasty when I smelled the odd aroma. I should have know better when it was only 1 customer inside Food: 1

I placed an order using their online ordering system with their branded logo. I knew something was up because I was never emailed a receipt or confirmation. When I arrived, they said they had no order for me to pickup, so their online ordering basically stole my money. My family was left hungry and my money was taken. I couldn't even prove I placed an order because they never emailed me a receipt. How hard is it to invest in a decent online ordering system? Service Take out

Ordered a bowl of Gumbo, drained out all the roux, this is all the protein that came with, not even a quarter filled. I've complained about this place a number of times already, I've wasted so much on Gumbo, and every time it's either hit or miss. The business has replied to my reviews about tackling the issues I've brought forth number of times. Clearly it just gets worse and worse. They just don't care. What is it? Is it because I always get my rice on the side (like it should be)? I don't understand how this acceptable? What am I suppose to get full off of? The Roux alone? Ridiculous. You've disappointed for the last time, anyone buying the Gumbo, just know you'll never know what you're gonna get it and how much of it you are getting. This is my last time buying anything from here, I shouldn't have to open my mouth all the time when I go to make sure you guys ain't being shiesty on the Gumbo. The food is usually good and they have decent prices. But, Clarissa, the heavy lady with platinum hair, has a bad attitude. Every time I pick up a to-go order, she never greets me, nor does she smile. If you're tired of your job, leave! Most recently, I ordered through GrubHub, and they sent me heavily burned green beans and fish. Guess they thought since they didn't have to see me, they could give me the bottom of the pot's mess. Very disappointed in the quality, texture, service received. Catfish was cold and rubbery, jumbo shrimp was greasy/cold, did not recieve the medium shrimp etoufee, recieved 5 popcorn Shrimp that was greasy as well and 15 pieces of fried okra. There are no managers to respond to the complaint/concern, just a bunch of employees that don't know what to do. Too much money spent for a family meal that was below quality. Great place to get good fried fish and shrimps. They had free margaritas when we went and they were delicious aside from the mouthwatering platers of seafood. We ordered the fried pickles on a separate occasion but this time we ate at the restaurant and they were much better fresh. Highly recommend this place. 👌

The food here is good. The Boudin Balls were really good, though I wish they were a little spicier. (The option for spicy boudin would be awesome!) I had a jumbo shrimp basket. The batter is good, but could definitely be more flavorful. This goes for the batter on everything. We will probably be back to try it again sometime. (Especially with crawfish available!) I forgot to get pics of the entrees, but added what I did take. Overall, if you're not too picky, I definitely would recommend it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
