The pictures speak for themself when it comes to serving size, but It was a shame we didn't get to try the cheesecake from being so full! However, next visit this will be a must! This was our first and last visit to this restaurant or any in the chain. The atmosphere was overwhelmingly loud and busy, and we waited an astonishing 90 minutes for a table. While waiting, we purchased a takeout cheesecake bag, only to be rudely informed by the staff that we couldn't bring it into the restaurant. There were many ways to address this situation we could order hot food and leave the cheesecake for the desert at home. We could pay extra and eat the takeout at the table. But manager's behavior was extremely rude and condescending, saying that “we are traditional restaurant, not fast food chain that you might used to” as if the place was somehow above us, even though it's not particularly expensive. We were threatened with security and gaslit, being told that we were the only “unhappy patrons”. Upon returning home, we found the cheesecake carelessly slapped into containers, and the coffee we paid for was missing. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing and mistreating experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. There is literally no redeeming qualities for the restoraunt part and cheesecakes for takeout are ok maybe slightly overpriced for the quality. This is a naturally noisy and very busy place. The waitress was a bit rude about having to give us more time and she hated that I asked if oat mik was an option for my latte. But then she was super sweet at the end by delivering me a birthday wish even though the desert was to go. My guess is they give their staff max tables and they are super busy and don't get much for down time. Which is good and bad for its own reasons. I'll still visit every time I'm in town even though the food is overpriced for what it is; It never fails to be delicious. And the wait times are insane, so be sure to reserve ahead of time. Like morning of or night before.They should add some sound padding to the place too to reduce echos and sound. Overall it's a worth it go to. Everyone should try the place at least once. Ordered 1 app, 2 full entries and 2 slices of cheesecake. Got the famous complimentary bread too. Service was energetic and efficient on a busy holiday day. Food came out at a reasonable time, hot and ready to eat. Flavor profiles of each dish were savory and not overpowering Atmosphere is like any other CC Factory, loud because it’s so big and sound travels when there isn’t enough walls or sectors to absorb the sound. The cheesecake factory was one of my favorite restaurants for over 25 years but after the plandemic the quality has gone completely downhill. Every time I go to this restaurant, I leave angry and disappointed. It's not okay, to pay $25 for a dish and get burned, limp asparagus twice. ( it's 8 dollars for a side of asparagus by the way! ) Waited 20 minutes for my order to be corrected and the second time was exactly the same. Guess I will spend my hard-earned money in other restaurants. I've given this restaurant too many chances, it's too expensive to see if it turns out to be a better experience every time. 12 dollars for a cheesecake now ! For a busy time of year, the staff was friendly although it took about 10mins after we sat for someone to come over. The food was good, the fries probably the weakest menu items. The spicy tuna app was delicious . Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Grab a quick lunch here on a beautiful Saturday, so we chose outside seating. Attentive staff brought out the bread basket while we're figuring out the big menu. We were at the Burlington Mall for my sister and mother's appointments at the hair salon there and for my nieces to go to the toy store with the 'magic' door with the back room that they love to hang out and play in, and planned to have lunch at the cheesecake factory. Now the cheesecake factory is a chain so everyone knows the quality of the food. It's good and I never leave disappointed and as everyone knows the portions are large enough for 2 per main course so you could just share a dish. I tried the impossible burger this time, because that is the dish I can decide how good the food is at lots of places cause lots of places don't make that well, although I've tasted several of the other dishes there and they are all great. I even ordered the sweet corn tamales cakes as an appetizer, cause I love that dish. Everything was great but the service could be better at that branch. Basically some of the party's dishes came out with a 5 minute time difference making half the party have to wait to eat their food till everyone got their dishes and that is a big mistake at any restaurant... Even bad ones. Also I had to ask for refills of the sodas every time because our server wouldn't notice them. When the food was served I saw a small hair on the salad of one of our party members but didn't say anything because if anyone mentioned it I think the appetite of everyone at the table would be ruined. I quickly removed it before she noticed anything. Finally they were cleaning our plates to get is to finish fast while we were eating which I know restaurants do so they can quickly change tables and force parties to finish faster.. but the more this is forced in me, the more it annoys me.. and it sent asked if we wanted a box and we said no.. but then while we weren't looking, she took one of the appetizer dishes that I was saving to eat at the end and people in our party were trying to justify this saying that, well we told her we didn't want boxes.. but that doesn't mean we don't want the food left on our plates. Also when we went to get cheese cake to go, they took forever to give me my order and I could see that half my order was ready for at least 10 minutes but they were so bad at their preparation of everything that I had to wait for them to finish the whole order and be annoyed the whole time watching 2 of the 3 cheesecake in my order wait while they were preparing 10 other orders. Arrived on a Wednesday night and immediately seated in a booth. Great start. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Nachos appetizer was a great start, along with the usual bread basket. Entrees came together and was attended very nicely. And top it off, we could not leave without the cheesecake dessert, which was great. Very nice dinner. Great service, great food, great ambiance.
