This is a charming coffee house in Edison with delicious coffee and simple, tasty food. The staff are wonderfully friendly, and the vibe is cozy. Definitely going into my regular rotation. A little disappointing as this is less of a coffee house that feels more like a diner. Not very appetizing when you see muffins wrapped up in plastic wrap, and half empty counter shelves in the late morning. It certainly loses perception of freshness, although the coffee itself was middle of the road fine. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The employees are very nice, the coffee is the best, food is delicious. It’s the kind of place that memorizes your orders if you come in enough “would you like your usual?” My favorite items on the menu are the Mediterranean avacado toast and the Baja Grill Cheese. My kids love the corn muffins. This is a great place to come and relax , sit indoors when the weather isn’t great or sit outside when the weather is. They have little games available to play such as checkers, chess and connect 4. You can catch live music on the weekends. Overall a great community coffee shop vibe! I've been enjoying my visits to The Coffee House for 6 years now myself and with business clients. I love that they listen to how I prefer my food and the dairy free + gluten free options! The staff is friendly and keeps. the cafe clean, and tidy. I recognize it's hard for small business owners to stay open, and need our support. The amount of support the owners provide our community proves how much they care! Come visit The Coffee House and tip the baristas!
