Lovely afternoon at the Tea. We booked well in advance and it did not disappoint. Our server was extremely attentive and polite, and she made sure we always had our teapots full (the service includes as many refills of your drink as you’d like). Only a few portions of the tower were left and we were offered to prepare them for take away. The only drawback is they increased the afternoon tea prices since we booked, and were charged the new price (even when they said they’d honor the price when you booked) Price per person £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Afternoon Tea at the Dome

A beautiful venue, with food to match! Everything tasted amazing, food and cocktails. The service was second to none. Our waitress ensured that we were looked after from start to finish. The host was warm, welcoming and made pleasant conversation. The bar staff were friendly and made fantastic tasting drinks! The chefs even made me a “happy birthday” dessert! Absolutely deserved 5 stars! What a wonderful experience. We had non alcoholic cocktails in the bar first followed by dinner in the Grill Room. The service was very attentive, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented (we had the Festive Menu on the very last day) It was an absolute treat to experience the festive decorations. The tree was mesmerising! Didn’t go in for a full meal but just went in for snacks and it was good. Probably another review when I go in for a full meal The decorations were amazing, the interiors are amazing and you can click some amazing pictures inside. I visited on a Wednesday for lunch with a group of friends. The table had been booked for many months as it is so busy in December. The room was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The staff were first class in every aspect. The food was lovely but nothing special really and I felt a bit underwhelmed by it - maybe I just made poor menu choices. I absolutely love the Dome at Christmas, it comes alight. The Christmas decorations and trees are out of this world. So much effort put in to make truly magical. We booked in for traditional afternoon tea and it didn't dissappoint. Delicious savouries and cakes. I would highly recommend a visit here.
