Come here for a drink after a long walk around Lake Rose. Order good club sandwiches, chicken pies and chicken curry. Tasty fruitcake, macarons and biscuits have a good taste. Come here and order delicious Sauvignon blanc, Mimosas or beer. It's a must to taste great lavender latte, cortado or matcha when coming to this cafe. Food delivery is a big plus of The Glass Knife. The place was aesthetically pleasing and clean. The staff were polite and welcoming. We got three desserts and spent about 40 dollars. They were all decent quality in terms of presentation but definitely too sweet. I personally don’t think the food was worth the money but I’m also not a dessert connoisseur. The Glass Knife is a beautiful and unique establishment. We tried a latte and cookie, both were excellent. It has a chill vibe and they offer all kinds of cool stuff. Lovely atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Glass Knife is one of those places that is a must visit every time we go to Orlando. Their donuts and pastries are some of the best we have ever had! Their seasonal treats are always unique and creative. But one of the things that makes me loyal is their amazing customer service. On a recent trip to Orlando we ordered a large batch of pastries to go. We were about 30 minutes out of Orlando when I got a call from them telling me one of my pastries did not get in the box. They offered to credit my card since we were already outside the city. When I got home I realized there must have been a small box of goodies that didn't make it into the to-go bag so I called them back and let them know figuring they would find them and credit my card back. Not only did they do that but I got a call about 45 minutes from the manager apologizing for the errors because that is unlike his team. This was the only time it has ever happened over the last few years. But he didn't stop there he told me he was leaving a gift card in the register with my name on it for the next time I went to Orlando. One of the ways to know how good a place really is, is based on how they handle a mistake. The Glass Knife showed me what excellent customer service looked like! A really cute little dessert shop! I have to say that all the sweets there look fantastic and are great for photos. The atmosphere and service are really nice as well. However, the flavor is just mediocre. We ordered 2 cakes and preferred the chocolate Onyx slightly more than the winter berry and cream. They are just really really overly sweet. And don’t order the drinks:.) do go visit if you have a sweet tooth and for the cute atmosphere tho:) Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Vanilla Vanilla

The Glass Knife was delightful, from the adorable Christmas decorations to the genuinely sweet employees. I stopped by with a few friends and we grabbed a handful of the holiday pastries, which were all very delicious. A couple of the smaller cakes (the one with blue icing and the other with the gingerbread man on top) had very good flavors, but were a little too sweet for my taste. I personally purchased the Peppermint Chocolate Christmas Tree, which was covered in white chocolate, with a peppermint mousse in the center; both were very light and not too sugary. I also got a Peppermint Mocha, which was the perfect blend of peppermint-y goodness and chocolate. Highly recommend! This place has been on my bucket list for several years, and it was overwhelming (in a good way) to decide on what to get when I had my one opportunity. The breakfast/brunch menu has some amazing options. The spinach mushroom quiche was exceptional; that's all I can say. The drink menu is coffee shop quality. My simple oat milk cappuccino showed off some high-quality espresso. The donut selection is super unique and can stand up to any high-end donut shop. Cranberry orange ginger cake donut was an 8/10, and the caramel apple fritter was a 7.5/10. I wish I could try every single pastry, but sooo many to choose from. The peppermint cookie.. the base alone was perfection -- thick, rich, decadent, slightly salty to balance out the sweetness. The icing wasn't bad either. The onxy pastries almost looked too good to eat. This is probably the best-looking assortment of baked goods I've seen anywhere, and I've explored bakeries in NYC, Paris, etc. It's a super cool space, with cozy booths indoors, a spacious covered patio, and quick/very warm service. This is a must-visit anytime I'm in Orlando from now on. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Spinach Mushroom Quiche
