I don’t know what people are talking about when they say the food is terrible. Some of the best food you can get. Get the smoked wings, pulled beef sandwich, and sante fe chicken egg rolls. Also a great golf course
I have been a big fan. I no longer am, regrettably. But it almost seems like over the past few years management has been doing what they can to disappoint. They had a great menu, with numerous excellent appetizers, mains and desserts, everything was well done and tasty. Bit by bit they took away the best items, until now the menu is bland, blah and boring. Similarly, the outside area used to feature seating down along the grass, which had a great feel and gave the place a wonderful, relaxed feel. That too is no longer. There is a lot of potential here, with a great setting and sitting areas. And it was very good for a while. That too is no longer.
The food was awful! This seems like a nice neighborhood watering hole 'round the golf course. We noticed few were eating other than us, so maybe this was our mistake.
The fish & chips included soggy fries and extremely overcooked fried frozen fish. I think someone forgot it was in the fryer. The hamburger included pieces of gristle/cartilage...a first for us.
This place is nearby and we really wanted to like it. Service was efficient, no complaints there.
