If you are allergic to gluten and craving for dessert, this is the place! Love how fresh and tasty their products are and .. All are gluten free! Went in for the first time on Saturday morning. The people working there are lovely and helpful. We purchased a chocolate chip muffin, a blueberry muffin, a piece of crumb cake, some chocolate chip cookies a loaf of soft white bread , and a couple coffees. I have been taking classes to be able to bake gluten free successfully. These people have it all figured out! We traveled several hours to have this experience. Oh you lucky folks who live nearby. Happy Mixer is my favorite gluten free bakery. Everything I have tried is delicious (even my non celiac friends and family enjoy it). Their cake decorator is very talented. I ordered a red velvet cake for my daughter’s birthday and it came out beautifully.

Visited for the first time after having trying a red velvet cupcake and I am happily impressed. While everything is gluten free it doesn't take away from the taste. Muffins had wonderful flavor, they were dry but nothing a little butter couldn't fix. Crumb cake the cake itself was buttery, the topping is sweet and the cinnamon flavor is delicious. My favorite by far is the jumbo red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing. The cake itself is moist and the flavor is wonderful without being too overpowering. The icing is sweet without hurting the teeth. The cookies are wonderful, being gluten free doesn't sacrifice anything on the flavor. Without being told I wouldn't have guessed they were gluten free. I cannot argue with the results however, being gluten intolerant my body reacts violently to gluten and I am elated that I can eat the food here without pain or distress. Love this place, they even have vegan options so when I buy for work I can get something for everyone. I have a gluten-free daughter and was thrilled to find this place. I stop in a couple times a month at least. Staff is always friendly. Would like to to see a few more dairy and egg free options. Place is clean and open, not cluttered in the waiting area.
