Food was the worst I’ve had in a long time. The burger was burnt & came with nothing. Turkey club was dry. All meals come with chips and it’s a $3 up charge for basic fries. Incredibly expensive for the poor quality of food you receive. Server was extremely nice but service was incredibly slow. First time at Headquarters and it was great on so many levels. Not only was the building a fun, open, good vibe but The food was absolute outstanding. We were both blown away with the flavors and taste. Lastly, Kaleb S was so enjoyable to work with. He was on top of everything and made us feel welcome. He was fun to chat with and kept the energy alive. Thank you Headquarters and Kaleb! You guys are both being recommended by me going forward. Food was good, atmosphere was fun. Service was awful. Our server was there but not there to work. Wasn’t overly friendly and left ALL the dirty plates/glassware until I cleared the table myself. At points the server would disappear, another guest asked me if my service was awful too as she said her server was all but absent during their experience.
