This place is a solid four. 1. The staff is very friendly. 2. The server was quick getting the food out- but the dinners came out before the appetizers. 3. I should have followed my instinct in not getting the fried salmon. I had never had— or seen- fried salmon on a menu before but “Northwest Salmon” pulled me in. The breading was good but the fillet tasted like it may have been frozen. The consistency of the fish wash’t flakey under the breading like it is normally with fresh fried fish. I am sure the broiled salmon is great. 4. The Brussels sprouts were phenomenal. 5. Price is middle of the road- pretty reasonable. I went here a few years ago and wasn’t super impressed with the food. I’m not sure what changes they made, but the food today tasted very fresh and very good! Their fried cod burger was excellent, as well as the lemon chicken soup that it came with. This was a lovely place with plenty of options for seafood lovers and haters! The portions were great and the food was tasty. Service could have been more attentive and generally more friendly. We had a reservation and the restaurant was informed we were celebrating 2 birthdays yet we were not even offered dessert. (Not expecting free, we would have paid happily). Visited Hook for a last minute early dinner after being in Chemo all day. The restaurant is very pleasant in the inside. My partner loved the services there. They had a few tables open in the bar. They are quite wheelchair friendly. Food was so delicious. We had the clam chowder with yummy red potatoes. Side of bread and Calamari. He ordered a seafood fried platter and I order their seafood a Diabla. He loved the food, very fresh and hot. Mine was great on flavor, but not spicy enough for my likely. Otherwise, I would return again. Services was great and friendly. Food was good and welcome another visit. At the last minute we did spilt a plate of beignets, which had options of 2 dipping sauce. By far, the best place we ate while in the Seattle area. I chose it off of Google review. Helen, the bartender, is amazing, so friendly, helpful, and makes an excellent drink. The good was wow good. We had the crab and shrimp dip to start, We highly recommend it. I had Diablo seafood pasta. The seafood was so fresh, and the pasta and sauce were perfect. I love spicy food, but the spiciness didn't overpower the flavor of the fish it was perfect. Hubs had a seafood Alfredo that he said he would also go back for. If you haven't tried this place, you need to. It's not fancy it's in a small strip plaza, so that's the only reason for 4 stars. That really doesn't make it any less of an experience. Balanced and tasty. We ordered an appetizer (steak bites cooked to your liking), a mixed drink, Greek salad, and halibut. All food was cooked and seasoned well without overpowering the dish. The mix drink was also balanced well (I like tasting the alcohol in the drink and this drink I could..but I would be okay if the alcohol was stronger but glad the other flavors didn't dominate it). Excellent all around! Incredibly clean, a friendly staff (everyone looks genuinely happy to be here) and delicious food. Our burgers were cooked to the exact doneness requested and the fries (both sweet potato and beer batter) are great! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fabulous meal in a great environment. Lots of tvs on the other side of the restaurant for watching sports. We’ll definitely be back!

Exciting atmosphere! We had the coconut prawns - delicious! And I had the cod fish and chips. The fish was fresh and the fries were the perfect level of crisp. We finished the night off with beignets paired with multiple sauces! They have an impressive bar with draft beer and NA options! We came in on a Tuesday night, and they were about more than half of the tables full, which is impressive for such a large place. They have a lot of tvs that were showing the NHL hockey games. We were served pretty quickly, they have a decent selection of local craft beer and cocktails. Most of their dishes are seafood, we had steamed mussels, sausages and the seafood platter. Had a really nice experience here on a Thursday evening. I got their baked halibut that was on their specials menu and it was fantastic. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, the vegetables were sautéed perfectly. My wife got the seafood carbonara and while I initially poked fun at her for getting a pasta dish at a seafood joint, it was ridiculously good. Our server mentioned that it was his favorite. We'll definitely be back.
