We had a family dinner while staying at Mariners Landing. It was very convenient to have such a nice dining option within the resort! Food was so delicious! Service was excellent! Was there for an event and bit into a chicken salad sandwich hit a bone and broke a tooth cracked a second one. Witness and friend was working with the manager named Shanna who responded right away. She said the facility would take care of expenses. No harm done, as I know they did not intentionally leave bones in their chicken salad. (stuff happens). Booked appointment had temporary repair and reached out to restaurant. Shanna turned it over to owner Tiffany. Tiffany said she was not informed but no worries that is why they have insurance and simply email her the receipts. No response multiple phone calls & emails completely ghosted. Nice place poor ownership. A simple issue cost me out of pocket. God forbid you have something happen to you but don't expect help from owners if it does. Ownership means you take ownership of the good & the bad. I really did not want to write a bad review on this place but thought someone else could have a problem and get stuck like I did. Thanks for nothing Tiffany.
