Known about this place for years and heard about it from many people. Never really considered this type of food. So when plan A didn't work we went to plan B. Great fresh prepared food, both vegan and non-vegan. The Thai Elephant (Cauliflower) appetizer is awesome! Owner Sam, is very attentive and accommodating. Talked football (soccer) with Armando the waiter, thanks for the great service! This place was a bit magical. I am a huge fan of Costa Rica and so I was truly inspired to see and tast the cuisine inspired. Especially because the cuisine was vegan friendly. I think the tables close to the kitchen/bathroom should be removed it's very untasteful and dungeon like- Overall my expirence was really nice, had I been seated in a more appropriate place I woul've ordered more than just a slew of appetizers on the menu. This was a lovely find on Long Island, we’ve been looking for somewhere we could get tasty healthy vegan/vegetarian food, it’s been a long annoying search. Looking forward to visiting again in the summer so we can enjoy their outdoor area which has gorgeous views. Probably one of the best vegan option restaurants I've been too. The vegan Mac and cheese was really really good. So was the cauliflower app. Love the Bob Marley theme. Would recommend to everyone and anyone looking for veggie options and a fun time!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
