Service is slow early on Friday night. Food is way below average, greasy fried food from a dirty kitchen. I’m sure roaches dominate this place at night. The crowd is the worst, low brow degenerates. Mutants from Chernobyl, best to stay away. Won’t be back. Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming here since it was Prince of Wales, usually on Tuesday evenings when the Silicon Gulch Jazz Band (Trad Jazz) plays. I like the selection of beers and ciders on tap, the fish & chips, the burgers, and the general "dive pub" feel of the place. I do not like the actual atmosphere - the cigar/cigarette/vape smoke that comes in from the back patio. They need to improve the ventilation somehow. Been going there for over 15 years now. It's a local dive, really, not exactly a flashy place. More like a place where you get comfortable. Plenty of beers on tap, Fish and chips with barely any batter, mostly fish. A place to go with friends you aren't interested in impressing, just hanging out for a few hours.
