Ok, don't be fooled by the winery's name. This is really a brewery that has some wine and a good selection of cider. When we were there they had 5 brews and one seltzer (pick a flavor) on tap. The brews ran from an IPA to a stout so no problem with finding something you'd like. They also had 5 of 6 ciders on tap and all are good. Also they do have some decent VA wines for sale. They have pretty good indoor and outdoor seating. Finally they do have a decent munchie menu if you're there and get a bit hungry.

We stumbled on this place while camping in the mountains and were so delighted! I got a cider flight and my husband a beer flight and we both greatly enjoyed them! The owner was very kind! They had some table games and the weather was PERFECT. We sat outside and enjoyed the views and the drinks. They have a food menu, although we had eaten before we came. Truly hope this place flourishes!

Fantastic spot! Great beer and wine. We stayed there as a HarvestHost guest and Brad welcomed us straight away. Stayed the night and next afternoon for beer, great bar food and football. Looking forward to visiting this great Veteran owned business again!

Beverage-wise, this is the worse brewery/cidery/winery we have ever been to. They claim they have like over 30 beers and ciders, which made us drive 2 hours to try them out. This claim is not true. They have flavored syrups you can add to your cider and beer and they are counting those possible combinations. Flavored sugar in beer and cider? No thanks. That's not real brewing, I could do that at home. The cider choices they have on the menu are also a result of the sugar syrup additions, the taste made us suspect this and the bartender confirmed they have one cider and use flavor for everything else. The ciders as a result were very sugary and bad. There was one good beer, so that's a positive. Tried the wine flight, and they all tasted as if they had been poured from bottles that were open for a week or more - horrible, all of them.

They had a nice little assortment of hard ciders, wine and beer. We sat outside on the abundant seating. It will be nicer when all the new plantings fill in a little more. Great place to go,have a drink, and relax.

Visited my good friend for her birthday last weekend and while trying to find a way to ring in her special day she found this brewery. It was the cutest place ever! For a big city gal like me this place was straight out of a movie with the small town local feel but very inviting and warm feeling. The staff was very pleasant, got to chat with the owners and get the background story on the place, it was interesting! Met some very lovely people and had THE best cider to date! Oh my it was good. I literally tried them all! The food was tasty and the special touch was the live music! The odds of me coming back are slim (only because I'm a city girl) but! They would get 10 stars if I could rate it as such! So please go visit!!

I found out about this brewery from Harvest Hosts and I was very pleased with the owner’s kindness and hospitality. The beer and cider are by far the best I’ve had in VA. You know it’s good when you had way too much to drink and don’t have a hangover the next day. 😊 Cheers!
