This is a top-notch honky-tonk with great music! If you’re looking for stiff drinks and a great place to dance to live music this is it. There’s lots of room on the dance floor and plenty of seating. The bar staff is very nice there’s also several TVs what sports on it. They regularly change their music acts. This place is great for day drinking and a wild night

This is the bar to be in if you are in the Stockyards. The people here want you to have an amazing time, dancing, drinking and loving life. The personalities, such as Slim, who always seem to bring people together. Stop in and have a drink and you will stick around. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thirsty Armadillo is a dive bar hot spot in the stockyards, all the bartenders are amazing and personable, the drinks are so reasonably priced and the live music is constant. Little dance floor in front of the stage makes for a good time to move around or people watch and see everyone always having a good time! Price per person $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lots of fun, I hate that they started charging a cover. We witnessed a fight on the last visit and staff took too long to break it out. Just like any bar, be careful.. Price per person $20–30

Amazing place to be when in the stockyards. Live music during the day and early evening is very entertaining. Night club atmosphere for a night on the town after 9pm is amazing. Great prices for drinks, and awesome music makes for a fantastic night out every weekend. They are open Thur-Sun.

Get yer azz in here an have a shot of tequila with a pickle juice chaser...... Always fun the DJ takes request, if you have a small group you can easily make this whatever kind of party you want to have!!!

Great place with an amazing atmosphere. I wasn't sure what to expect when I went to the bar/venue but when I arrived I was very impressed. The drinks were super inexpensive and there was a great band playing too. Good music, great atmosphere and cheap priced drinks, what else is there? BTW the bartender was amazing she was so kind, personable and had a great memory of everyone on my bar tab.
