First time having lunch here and it was delicious! Atmosphere is great and service was excellent! Our server was Alissa and she was friendly and professional! Highly recommend 💯! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great location, cool venue, and the menu has seen some nice improvements. Often quite crowded -which is a good sign. Learn a little bit of Montana history while enjoying a brew, chow, or sports. Darlin and I went for lunch on a friday pretty much right when they opened. The place was clean and roomy. It wasn't noisy while we were there, but it seemed like the kinda place that could get loud. The staff was friendly and casual. Service wasn't slow, really, but to be fair... For how empty it was, it was kinda slow. The food was pretty good, although it was all a little dry. The Tullamore mustard that came with the scotch eggs was fantastic. It was what you would expect for a smooth yellow mustard with a little extra kick and sweetness that was strong but well balanced with the kick. The mashed potatoes were a rough chunky mash, and I liked them. A little salt and garlic would have gone a long way with the bangers. The portion was not stingy for the price and more than enough for a good lunch. Darlin had the chicken strips. They looked spicy, but they were not. The leprechaun balls were like cinnaminnie donut holes with a warm gooey inside. I wasn't super impressed with anything (except the mustard) but, I liked it all, and I would go often if I lived in Missoula. 😎👍 1 app 2 beers 2 entrees 1 dessert Fair tip $80 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Very good all around. It's a well executed bar food experience on all levels, but nothing particularly stood out as amazing and/or making me say "wow I must eat this again in my near future." Definitely a recommend though. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Scotch Eggs

I frigging love this place!!! It’s my local stop when I’m not at my local. Taylor and crew really make this restaurant a place to be and meet other folks. I had the new Nashville Hot Cheese Curds and they were killer. Nashville flavor w/o blowing my head off with spice. Grab a side salad to make mamma proud. See y’all down there soon!!! Sports bar vibe with hightops and bar seating. Service was great but they are, of course, short staffed so the breakfast menu on Sunday morning consisted of one option; pancakes. We went there for the English breakfast but no. Food was not great. Everything from the Scotch eggs to the fish and chips to the bangers was either overcooked or had been pre made and warmed up to serve. This place has been on my radar for years but the locals always talked me out of it. Now I know why. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
We went out on Friday night. We live on the south side of Missoula and don't go downtown much, but wanted to go down and get some snacks and drinks cuz the evening was nice. We ordered a Cold Smoke and a new spicy huckleberry margarita. We also ordered the trash can nachos with beef and extra avocado and an order of pretzel poles. Our server was great and the drinks were good. The nachos, however, had almost no beef at all. The avocado, which was $3.00 extra, was in a small condiment container and maybe a few small pieces... definitely not $3.00 worth and it may as well been a vegetarian dish as we had to search for the "beef". I really wanted to love it, but, I left asking "Where's the beef"? EDIT: August 12 We went back to the Mar Bar (Thomas Meagher Bar) for dinner with my sister and had the trash can nachos with beef and avocado like before, and a buffalo chicken salad. As promised to Lauren, I would amend my earlier review after giving them a chance to redeem themselves. As always, our server, Dee, was great!!! AND we got the same trash can nachos with beef and avocado as before and I must say that we were pleased with the meal. The only reason I didn't give a 5 on food is because my sister's fries were cold (she got chicken tenders and fries)Your team is always on point with service and today proves that some days are just "a tough day" and everyone deserves a second chance. The nachos were as we expected, a trash can full of yummy goodness(with BEEF) If you're out and about go by the Mar Bar and have some nachos and drinks...sit outside and enjoy the views. Thank you, Lauren for reaching out to show you stand by your product. Melody Lozeau Brasmer Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a pretty cool experience here. We went during the week during lunch and had seating right away, although there were a lot of people there, the seating was comfortable and not packed. The decor is great! Felt like I was in a hometown bar and grill with AMAZING food! The service was great! I suggest going here any time for some great food (we don't drink so can't vouch for the alcohol drinks but did witness the people at the bar with smiles on their faces... If that counts for anything 😊)
The food was good. I liked the menu diversity. Lil Irish flare but also pub and comfort food standbys. I was surprised though, that they didn't carry Green Spot Irish Whiskey. Seems like a Irish place would have that for sure, it's a good one. Our waitress Alex I think her name was, was soooo attentive and awesome. She had excellent timing on asking if we needed anything more and great suggestions on things we hadn't tried yet. She got my 4th star.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service and amazing Mac & Cheese. The pork chop sandwich was okay, but nothing to write home about however the homemade chips were very tasty. The ranch dressing had the consistency of water and the Tullamore D.E.W Irish mustard was really good with a tangy sweet taste.
