They have been redeemed! I went back and did the tour. Trevor was very hospitable. The place has a rich in history. We tried rum, whiskey, bourbon and Pecan whiskey. The food was delicious, I had the bbq bourbon burger. He even comped us a very delicious bundt cake dessert! I described it as, "a mouth-gasm."

A 2 star only because I enjoyed the Sip & Paint! The staff were disorganized, unfriendly and slow. They were running a tab for me and the place closed at 9 but didn't bother finding me in the paint class (which we left closer to 9:30) to close my tab so I had to go back to retrieve my credit card at 3pm the next day!

If you're looking for an event venue, look no further! We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Thornton Distilling Company. From the moment we went to tour the facility all the way through our celebration, communication from their team was better than we could have expected. Kim Wachowski, their event manager, was absolutely top notch with her communication, friendliness, willingness to help, etc. When I reached out about needing to move up our event due to a family illness, she was absolutely wonderful about providing dates and being flexible. The venue, itself, is perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Exposed brick, chandeliers, string lights... you name it, it had it all. Our guests raved about the food on the taco bar and the staff at the celebration as well. Cannot stress how wonderfully perfect our night was and TDC was the icing on the cake!

I booked the Saturday tour, and I was blown away. For $15, you'll hear about the rich history of the land, gang affiliations, prohibition, and the building itself, riddled with tunnels. Amazing! They bring you down underground and into the brewery itself. There's a phenomenal tasting at the end! I went with a group of devout Catholics that still enjoyed themselves lol. Great for everyone

Great Atmosphere! I absolutely love this place. Amazing cocktails and the food was great as well! Highly recommended I would come back for sure. The staff was extremely friendly and gave great service, I literally consumed the lavender off the cocktail….AMAZING!!!

The mule was expertly crafted, with a perfect balance of zesty ginger and smooth spirits. It was the ideal companion to the mouthwatering burger, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a symphony of taste sensations. Thornton Distillery is a testament to the art of distillation and the celebration of local history. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience. This is a must-visit destination for any food and spirits enthusiast!

The atmosphere and history of Thornton Distillery is rich and storied. The food is all excellent, highly recommend the Barbacoa tacos, loaded fries, or any of the burgers. Their tours are well worth it and you get to taste all the liquors they make. Weekly specials, a private event space, a collection of retro games, a free pool table and darts, and a large projector with sports typically. Overall amazing location. Top marks all around.

Our daughter’s wedding was at Thornton Distilling Co. and it was beautiful! Kim, the event planner, was so helpful and everything went off without a hitch. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, the venue itself is beautiful. What an amazing location for a wedding!
