Great Pasta!!!! Our greeting was less than optimal. A man who was working the front told us to wait outside a couple of times. I said no, we will have a seat at the bar and have a glass of wine. He said your table will be ready in 2 minutes there is no time for that. We sat at the bar anyway and he ignored us and didn't offer us a drink. I have to say I’m really disappointed on this restaurant. My boyfriend is new to the Valley and I suggested this place for our Valentines dinner. We arrived a little late to our reservation like 8:20, and from the moment we sat down the waitress said “you have to make your dinner choice fast because I have to put the order in for the kitchen, we close at 9.” What?! If you close at 9 you should be able to sit people even if they show up at 8:50 (basic restaurant service rules). We placed our order for appetizers and dinner, the food came out SO FAST, that didn’t even gave us time to enjoy our appetizer and our dinner properly, they were rushing us constantly! My boyfriend’s plate had the marinara sauce spill all over it, the meatballs were absolutely tasteless and they were swimming in this messy pool of water. We told they waitress and she just said, “oh no worries, we’ll take them off your ticket.” Didn’t even offered to bring us something different or replace the plate, nothing! Because they were in such a rush to clean, some employees were mopping the floor already. You can clearly see in the pictures, what a mess! If you can’t properly attend to guests until the time you’re supposed to be open, you shouldn’t be in business at all. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, never going back there again.
