A great place to eat, have a drink, and watch the game. The food is great and the service is always good. There are so many options and the daily specials never disappoint. Place is huge, service is always great, and food comes out hot and is consistently yummy. Watched a few Chiefs games here in the past, and even when they are absolutely packed busy, their service and everything else does not skip a beat. Excellent management and staff. Really enjoyed the place! We were there late, so they only had their bar menu available, but it was still really good! The bartender and other patrons were quite friendly. And, they make a great caramel apple martini! Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I grew up in the area so I've seen this place for a very long time. I've drove past when the parking lot is completely full and people parking along the side streets, so it can get very busy. They have plenty of TVs to catch any game you want to watch. The inside is wide open so no place to block noise so it can get rather loud. I can see where this would be a great place to catch a single game. We went in for the taco special. They are hard shelled with ground beef. I didn't think there was anything special about them. My wife crunched hers up and made a taco salad in the basket. I had the chicken fingers Buffalo style. I'm not wild about the Buffalo sauce they use. You may like it. We went with a group and it was mostly the consensus that the food was good but not something that we would come back on a regular basis for. This was a perfectly acceptable place for a moderate sized group (50-60). The Wednesday night our work party was scheduled, they were also doing some kind of bingo event and the upstairs was packed wall to wall with people. With advance planning, we were able to reserve the lower level with its own bar, bartender as well as 2 pool tables. We fit with plenty of room to spare. The parking is atrocious. Our party was scheduled to begin at 5:30 and only those who arrived before 5pm had a place to park in Tiff & Jay’s parking lot. The bank next door was closing but threatened to tow any cars parked in their lot. The small shopping center directly south across all 4 lanes of Woods Chapel Rd filled quickly. We ended up parking in another small strip mall location. Our parking was also south across all 4 lanes of an under lit section of Woods Chapel a block further west. The pedestrian crossing situation was dangerous and the lack of lighting didn’t feel safe. All in all, I can easily eat bar food in a friendly atmosphere in dozens of bars throughout the Lee’s Summit, Independence, Blue Springs area. I have no desire to return to Tiff & Jays unless it’s another office party. I’ll bear the average food and inadequate parking to have a fun relaxing evening with coworkers. First visit. Kanisha was awesome! Lots of options on the lunch menu. Build your own burgers today as well. I had the tenderloin-amazing. One of the best I’ve had. The tots were extra crispy just like I ordered them. My husband had the open faced roast beef sandwich. The beef was stacked high and there were tons of mashed potatoes. Plenty of parking. Where should I begin. . Large space.. Food was great... Service, lackluster at best.. felt very rushed, Angie never asked to refill our drinks.. Even with near empty or empty drinks, the check was sat down without asking if we wanted dessert or more drink. What I assume was the manager quickly took my credit card and brought it back for me to sign. Ended up going elsewhere to have drinks and dessert, felt very unwelcome and unwanted.. I went up to order food for my family. When I got home, my 10 and 6 year old kids began to eat their boneless wings. Please see pictures…..the chicken was completely RAW!!!!! My kids had already ate 4-5 wings each not knowing they were not cooked. I went back up to the restaurant and asked for a refund and for them to re-cook my food. The Manager gave me a refund and when I asked him about the food……he said we don’t play that game…..Are you kidding me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to make this right, and not only did they not remake my families food, I now need to watch my 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter to make sure they don’t get sick tonight. Please never eat at this establishment for your own health. It is sad and disgusting that restaurants in Lee’s Summit would treat their customers this way. If my kids get sick, they will be hearing from me again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What a cute local place to enjoy delicious food! We weren’t expecting more than average tasting bar food, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. I will say the side Caesar salad could’ve had more leafy romaine as opposed to the crunchy iceberg pieces, but the nachos and chicken sliders were bomb! The service was great and the restaurant was clean and fun. Definitely a great place to catch sports as there are TVs everywhere. Everything is affordable and they offer daily specials. Would like to have enjoyed the patio, but it was really hot and the view of the water was hidden by mostly trees. Will definitely be back and update this review as we try other items.
