I was really excited to try this place when i first saw that they had tonkotsu ramen on the menu. To my disappointment it didnt taste anything like ramen at all. for starters, the tonkotsu broth tastes like Toro soup broth and when i peered into the kitchen, i could see a large box of instant santa maria egg noodle packages. i really just seems like they took the easy route and mindlessly threw random toppings into the blandest soup broth with premade dried noodles. i know how much work it takes to make proper tonkotsu broth, but why even have it on the menu if you're gonna serve this disappointment of a broth. other than the disappointing food, the restaurant was visually appealing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great food! Love the ambience and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the Ramen with crispy chicken on miso soup and it was really good 😊👏🏼 would have to give the other options on the menu a try on our next visit 🍜

Great place, big bowls of tasty ramen,you will be full before even finishing it 😀. Only one thing I was concerned about is Tonkotsu broth, it was made by boiling pork with some bones, and did not have creamy white color, was pretty mediocre. In my opinion Tonkotsu should have a good white color,and strong flavor, it is achievable by boiling only bones for a loooong time. Tom yam with crispy chicken was great,strongly recommend.

Fantastic food, very friendly staff. Finally a ramen shop in Bodø, I've waited so long for this. The meals are filling and delicious, and cheap for the price.
They offer four different soups - tonkotsu, shoyu, spicy miso, and tom ka ga - and four different protein options - beef, chasu pork, crispy chicken, and vegetarian. You can also customize your orders (for a small cost increase, obviously), and every table has soy sauce and chili oil.
They also offer rice bowls with the same four protein options as the ramen, and a variety of starters and side dishes, including edamame and kaarage chicken.

The food is amazing and the service was super nice !
I love that the people in the kitchen were laughing with eachother and seemed to have a good time. It made the food taste so much better !!

I hope they gave me the wrong soup, that it was just the blandest Soy based broth imaginable. Rather than a sorry excuse for a tonkotsu. But the noodles were overcooked and mushy. The soup was cold enough that not even a toddler would have to blow on it.
They did have cold beer, and the Karage was cooked through, even sauced up the chicken was quite bland though. Cozy spot for a beer and some chicken. But it's sad that the ramen would be such a letdown.

Great "fusion"-ish japanese Kitchen that is not Sushi :) Especially around a place like Bodø it feels special to have a restaurant like this. Staff is friendly, there is complimentary water and the atmosphere and music is top notch. I recommend one of the two cozy tables in the corner.
