Had a mobile order and was under the impression that they served chili since it was on the menu. Once I arrived I was notified they didn't make chili at this location. Was comped with an extra sandwich of my choosing and if that wasn't enough was still offered a refund for the chili. This Tim Hortons is probably the best service I've ever received from this establishment.
