Okay my foodie travelers here's a nice BBQ spot to try. We got it to go we had the kids brisket with rice casserole and the chicken fried steak dinner. Brisket was a bit dry, but it is full of pit flavor. The chicken fried steak was great more meat than batter. They forgot the gravy but it was still good. Give it a try. The bbq, atmosphere and service was amazing! However, the cornbread was not the best and neither were the mashed potatoes. The atmosphere and the fact that it’s kid friendly did make this place a lot better. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and they even had live music! Will definitely be going back. Now THIS is bbq!!!! 10 out of 10. Best bbq I’ve had in a long time. Pulled pork and brisket was so tender it was like butter!! Good seasoning and all the sides were great. The place is like an old fashioned log cabin vibe. Staff was friendly and good service. I will be going back often. Seriously delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The brisket and ribs always great. The corn and side beans was below average. It’s pretty hard to get a glimpse at what their selling behind the glass. So they have a big menu on the wall. Most bbq places you could see clearly what your trying to buy. They also have a nice size playground right in the outside eating area. Would highly recommend!!!! Was suggested this place, by a local we are from central NY, and were here on vacation. This place is some of the best BBQ that we have had, (and we travel). The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. We even added money to the walls… Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great seating for large groups. They even have bands on certain dates. Food was just alright. Brisket was a little dry. Ribs were not tender. Sides could have been fresher. What a great, one of a kind Texas style restaurant! All dishes are cooked from basic ingredients in-house! We took the three meat platter, and all three (pulled pork, ribs, and ham) were simply delicious. The baked beans side dish is also a MUST! The service was great and the atmosphere was great! This pic does no justice. This potato was off the chain! I also got a pound of brisket and it was full of flavor, tender and moist. The owners were super nice also. When they found out we were staying at the hotel behind the restaurant they told us to bring our kids and let them play on the playground at the restaurant. Total for brisket and potato was about $40. I’m good with that!

This restaurant is delicious! We have been in the area awhile now, and I am so sad we have just discovered this. Everything we had was to die for. I had the Chicken Fried Chicken, green beans and cabbage. My husband had the Rodeo burger, and fries, and our son had the brisket plate. We also got an order of the fried okra and chocolate sheet cake. The okra was fantastic! So much flavor packed into each little bite. Everything was amazing. The cake was so close to my grandma's sheet cake! We will definitely be back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
